Before you submit.
Do I need all the services?
No. Most manuscripts need one or two services depending on where they are in the process. If you're unsure which service is right for your manuscript, start with the First-Act Story Audit or reach out through our Contact page and describe where you are in your writing process.
What genres do you work with?
We work exclusively with science fiction and fantasy — specifically family-friendly speculative fiction. We do not accept horror, explicit sexual content, or graphic violence. If your manuscript includes those elements, we're not the right fit.
How is feedback delivered?
All feedback is delivered as written reports — not tracked changes or inline edits. You receive a clear, readable document you can reference throughout your revision process. You apply every change yourself, maintaining full authorship and control.
What's the turnaround time?
Most services are delivered within approximately two weeks. You can track progress through the Author Portal after submission.
What's the maximum manuscript length?
120,000 words across all services. Manuscripts over that threshold are not accepted.
